Welcome to Bubbles4Us. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and our laundry services, including self-service laundry, wash-dry-fold ("WDF"), dry cleaning (where offered), and pickup & delivery. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our Services

  • Self-service laundry — machines available during posted store hours.
  • Wash-dry-fold — laundry weighed at drop-off (or pickup) and charged by the pound at posted rates, plus any per-item charges for specialty garments.
  • Pickup & delivery — where available, scheduled through our online ordering system and may be fulfilled by third-party courier partners.
  • Order tracking — customers may check active or recent order status on our website after verifying their phone number by SMS code.
  • Downloadable invoices — verified customers may generate a downloadable summary of the orders available through the tracker.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are posted in-store and on this website. The online price estimator provides estimates only; final charges are based on actual weight and items at processing. Downloadable invoices and order summaries are provided for convenience and reflect the data available from our POS at the time of generation; the store's final POS record controls if there is a discrepancy. We accept the payment methods posted in-store. Payment is due when the order is picked up or delivered unless otherwise arranged.

3. Garment Care & Liability

  • We process garments according to care labels and standard commercial practices. We are not responsible for damage resulting from inherent weaknesses or defects in materials, missing or incorrect care labels, pre-existing damage or stains, color bleeding, shrinkage of garments washed per label instructions, or items left in pockets.
  • Check your pockets. We are not responsible for loss of or damage caused by items left in garments, or for damage such items cause to other garments or machines.
  • Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of pickup or delivery. Our maximum liability for any lost or damaged item is ten (10) times the service charge for that item, or the item's depreciated value, whichever is less, and in no case more than the total charge for the order, except where a greater remedy is required by applicable law.
  • Please tell us in advance about high-value or delicate items; we may decline to process them or require a signed waiver.

4. Unclaimed Laundry

Orders not picked up within 30 days of completion are considered abandoned. After reasonable attempts to contact you using the information on file, unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of in accordance with applicable state law, and processing charges remain due.

5. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery windows are estimates. You are responsible for providing accurate addresses and instructions and for making laundry available at the scheduled time. Where deliveries are completed by independent third-party couriers, we are not liable for courier delays beyond our reasonable control; risk of loss for delivered orders passes upon delivery to the address you provided.

6. SMS Verification & Order Tracker

The online order tracker and downloadable invoice feature are provided as conveniences. By entering your phone number you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of that number and consent to receive a one-time verification code by SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Tracker results depend on data received from our POS and may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. You are responsible for safeguarding downloaded invoices on your device. We may limit or suspend tracker access to prevent abuse.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse the website or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access; submit false, harassing, or unlawful content through our forms; attempt to circumvent security or rate limits; use automated means to scrape or overload the site; or bring hazardous, contaminated, or illegal items (including biohazards) to our store or place them in service orders. We may refuse service for any lawful reason.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, logos, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Bubbles4Us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE AND ONLINE FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE, ORDER TRACKER, OR SMS NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE. Some states do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUBBLES4US SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 3 OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bubbles4Us and its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of our website or services.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where our store is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. You agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally before filing a claim.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and posted store policies, are the entire agreement between you and Bubbles4Us regarding the website and services.
